Thermage vs Light Based treatments- I have recently stopped offering Thermage treatments. Although significantly effective for some, we have found the results are unpredictable and inconsistent. We are now offering Light Based tightening instead. Although none of these treatments can compete against the proven benefits of surgery, they provide some improvement for those not willing to undergo the “knife”.
